Technical trading worked ok until 20-30 years ago. Now markets are rigged, and hedge funds can and do paint charts whenever they want. Especially junior gold and silver miners explorers like CCU - due to their small market cap. However the hedgies / brokerage houses can win all the battles and still lose the war due to market fundamentals.
Even Jesse Livermore, the greatest stock trader ever (including technical trading) always looked for the fundamentals, and stuck with his position until they changed. Silver is in a firm long-term up-trend. Check out Livermore's books. You can find his writings online, and there are a couple books by him on trading / investing.
CCU is in my long term buy / accumulate portfolio.
