Waste of space - obvious he is in permanent retirement mode. When phase II gets up, only then will they need some US biotech gun on the board to prep this company for greater things, nothing is going to happen originating out of Australia, especially from one of Larry's ancient NZ mates.
Certainly wont need Hancox to brush away the cobwebs and fumble his way to a deal over it. Isn't that Larry's main job? I see no skin in the game in any of his current board memberships, reflects all care and no drive.
Market impressed with his pulling power? Just check the share price reaction - lol At least they could have dropped some of the board dead wood at the same time.
I had some disappointing correspondence about funding options before they settled on Springtree (50 million reasons not to chase any price run up)- this won't have the serious investor consequences, but IMO will be worthless in its own way.
