    Lay, being also a holder of lcy you may be satisfied if Lt Haw s/hs sold out between 2-3 cps but we do not have to be generous with our money.

    For the asset we own we have every right to expect a realistic offer, if NMDC/Lcy cannot bring a realistic offer to the table, leave it!

    IMO only DYOR.
