concentrate on what zmans? NMDC/LCY are the holdup - the study has been done and presented and NMDC haven't even started DD.
AD has done a lot of things wrong (over-promising being the main one) but it seems that NMDC are the ones who are now unable to organise themselves to a professional extent to at least meet their own timelines (i.e the MOU they signed).
it isn't critical, but there is really very little MAK can do with regards to W unless there are other suitors (which i think we all know is a little hopeful).
