According to the announcement CUE's share of gas is 13.5 BBTU/D. If you use Santos conversion calculator
http://www.santos.com/conversion-calculator.aspx
that comes in at 2.449 KBOE or 2449 BOE.
Add to that 15% of 3,000 barrels per day i.e. 450 barrels per day
Therefore to update my previous calculations on earnings:
Santos stated gas sales at > $5 per MMTU and assume sales of oil at $100 per barrel.
13.5 BBTU/D = 13,500 MMTU/D = 13,500 x 5 = $67,500.
450 x 100 = $45,000
ie total of $112,500 per day
ie $41,062,500 per annum BEFORE production sharing with the Indonesian govt.
Anyone know what that amounts to?
