Yes but a lot of people feel SI is a legal form of insider trading. Not suggesting that it is in this case however the pattern is usually the same.
First an SI share issue is announced,
then a promising announcement is made
followed by SI's selling out,
then the share price goes down to a new low.
How many times have we seen that at the ASX over the years?
