gday joe, difficult to know from the grandstands about previous cfo and actions and motives? what u wrote is possible imo, but also possible that old habits just do die hard?

its possible reporting practices of previous cfo's were just replicated and no/minimal scrutiny was given by cfo prior to brendt in terms of process etc?

god forbid i guess its also possible information was intentionally hidden. but i suspect not, well at least not from the intention of old cfo himself.

whats of primary importance to me now is that the issue is solved fast and improvements occur immediately.

im horrified to find that mr gestro had a side business that somewhat perhaps cross merged on intermoco's service offerings. im very interested in seeing the outcome here (financial or otherwise),

To see if all was above board or not, at the closure of ongoing investigations mentioned by john evans in recent half yearly report.

im also horrified that all those business dealings with that side business of bob gestro didnt appear to be correctly monitored and audited in real time at time of such transactions/dealings.

And with all due respect to andrew meehan, he may as well tear up any 'rights' he thinks he has for future renumeration from INT. i personally think he is flogging a dead horse with that dispute.

i thought and still think andrew is a nice bloke, but he must not forget many 'contract' anns penned with his name did not come to fruition as were purported, and still for my mind adequate explanations by andrew were not forthcoming by andrew prior to his departure. Andrew had ample time in his tenure to adeqautely explain such to the shareholder and for my mind it was not adequately done.

i think andrew would be opening up a massive can of worms that may in fact recoil much worse in his face if he was pursue financial greivances here. i wish the guy the best, but seriously andrew if u have an issue, sue ur old 'mates' privately plz? im not paying for incompetence any longer here mate, and i have no doubts all other holders share that sentiment?

u too andrew to varying degrees acted incompetently mixed in with perhaps some valuable contributions. so therefore in my books mate ur contract is now rightly so in the bin.

i did not take kindly to andrew meehans ann to market last year indicating that he would reserve the right to inform us of new contracts but also reserve the right to not tell us if they failed etc etc. (words to that effect) im not a lawyer, but for my mind that very stmt alone would give me right to tear up any contract of employment is i so chose to do so.

all the best andrew but fair is fair. ur war is not with the shareholders, that is if u have one at all?
