    With the resignation by Keith Liddell from the SMY board it leaves a question mark as to what Mineral Securities will do with their 7.6 million share holding in SMY.

    Looking through their ASX report in April 2005 they valued this holding at $6.863m, now today this has degenerated to $6.329m a reduction of over $500,000.

    With Keith off the board they can sell down without regular disclosures.

    Keith a substantial private holding in SMY too.
