I doubt the patents will be worth much anyway at this late stage sunnydays. The business model is not working and it is either bust or going in some other direction in the near future, but with hardly any money.

Maybe the $420,000 odd spent last year to related parties, partly lawyers, was made in an attempt to secure the patents somehow. But like I say, probably not. Only watching because of previous success by one of the directors. Not expecting much though.
