re: Ann: Waiver of 80% minimum acceptance con... Absolutely, 100% onwership is always the only objective. I also doubt they will keep extending, the buying on market has to start sometime soon (especially if the market starts to turn positive - the Greek deal being done may have been the catalyst in WNI decision). Without 90% they are no better than before this whole nonsense began. Now they will not and CANNOT threaten to delist as they won't be able to mop up on market.
I was wondering what is the mindset of these people, the kind of decision process they adopt or perhpas how desperate thet are.....I mean barely a few days after the re-extesnsion (another sign of weakness) they came out dropping the 80% minimum acceptance (this is the level at which they threaten to bury us) and being very PLEASED to do so.
Hence my speculation that they may be close to 80% (undeclared) and that they would now pay serious money for the remaining 10% or so.
