TAM has $25m debt and sold stake in ABM to fund the $50m+ debt they had at the time.
Coyote bleeds $5m-10m p/quarter. Expect no different come Quarterly late April.
TAM has no resource upgrade coming. ABM does..
TAM Needs Money - ABM has $30m cash
TAM has questionable management with MD resigning in Dec/Jan ABM has some of the best management in the sector.
Doesn't mean TAM cant go up, but it will be sold hard on any rally (given funding requirements) in my opinion. ABM will go on with it, next rally given strength of balance sheet.
