Agree with what you say. SEEMED like it had potential a few years back but a lack management from the well paid management is killing it. There's a chap called Christopher Wingate (or a blogger called wingate)who has a few things to say about idiots in power such as GBM's and FAR's. Worth a bit of google if you're bored or want to know more about your management.(Not mine anymore - I left my loss behind and bailed out).
