I think the laws are a double edged sword, if it was easier to kick bad tenants out where do they go?
They go and bother the government and make their problems even worse because the government relies on the private landlords to provide what is a government responsibility, providing low cost housing.

The tenancy laws are a joke and they disadvantage good landlords and also good tenants.

The noisy minority and the bleeding social engineers are the ones driving the laws to the benefit of the uncaring stupid landlords and the yobbo tenants.
