Dividend Reinvestment Scheme - Share Price Determined
1. The share price used to calculate entitlements under the Property For
Industry Limited (PFI) Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (the Scheme) has been set
at $1.13299.
2. This is the volume weighted average price of PFI shares on the NZSX during
the period of five business days immediately following the ex-dividend date
(being 1 March 2012), less the 2.5% discount applied for the purposes of the
Scheme.
3. The new shares will be issued on the dividend payment date (being 14 March
2012) to those shareholders who have elected to participate in the Scheme.
