It's in relation to a "material transaction". I doubt if a material transaction would include whether or not leaching would work.

Some of those shares were sold by computer. The large sell order at .36 was withdrawn today.

It may be an announcement of a joint venture or a takeover offer. Anyway we'll see tomorrow. I may be glad I bought some more shares at .355. I hope so!
I believe the directors are of the highest integrity. Like you danhoffI wouldn't hold the shares otherwise.
