Well you've said what a lot of us have been thinking Lefevre. But they would not be selling under 50c would they? That's why I've been saying that 50c could be a little hurdle.
Anyway, you mention another SPP underwritten by SIs via a Broker perhaps. Now, so as to stop SIs and hedge funds etc from getting the next lot of shares for the inevitable CR, the Company should now go back to the shareholders to raise the next lot of money. How many posters would be in that? I would, and I expect many others would too.
Who else would 100% subscribe?
Also, should it be based pro rata on holdings? Plus a right to subscribe for more. I'd like that.
