if due diligence gets stretched out, it's probably a bad sign. Interesting to compare the muted response at SLR (both on HC and in the share price) vs the discussions on PRH.

It may not have been intentional that the 35mill contact ann go out on the same day, but it's a good way of saying to all and sundry "oh well, no harm done (to us anyway), but we're still going to plan".
