    The reasons for little to no updates are:

    - The Legal "Profit Clause" lapses in March.
    - The Joint Venture is being negotiated in March.
    - The purchase of more land is being negotiated in March.

    Once these three issues are resolved, updates will start flooding in, IMHO.
