I was just having some fun after a few shiraz using a contentious jorc for a resource it wasnt intended for. it did kinda fit though.
also I didnt think about the remaining 73mt of REE.
73mt/30mt * $1.25b * (0.8/1.6) cu eq = another $1.5b NPV in there.
all these figures are of course very speculative.
