just like in the real life...
if someone repeatedly knocks over your glass in a pub for example and you tell he/she's probably not longer welcome at that particular table.
If she/he still come back knocking over glasses there's 2 way to deal about that; either have the person removed by management as they want to protect their business and keep patrons happy or drag the person out and.... well, better not go there.
