reserves, page-24

Not sure why people here are baffled by the SP, its simple, TXN currently only have 2.47MMBOE in proved reserves, TXN have stated that they will be selling the land so why would the market factor in probable and possible reserves?? as the NPV that these reserves carry are will never be materialized.

IMO TXN is currently trading at a very fair price, with EFS sale largely already factored into the SP. Even with this updated reserves upgrade EKA has more 1P and 2P reserves than TXN yet trades at nearly half the MC of TXN, supporting why TXN's EFS acreage sale is already largely factored in.

Im going for $20,000 an acre, in the land sale.
