"Continental’s new partner in South Africa and where the ZAR140m settlement of the transaction is
scheduled to occur by no later 13 March 2012"

Is it possible, this announcement will be out before open tomorrow morning?
I am thinking and hoping also, that time zones come into play here given that there is a 7 hour time difference between SA an Aus.
