From a neutral point of view, I consider CXY has unfortunately been reduced to a 'penny dreadful' to coin an old phrase. Albeit an undervalued one.

My interest is that I consider CXY to have potential, which is contingent on them winning the Court case. IMO the court case does not affect the validity of the technology, but it does affect the confidence of using such from a prospective clients point of view, here or overseas.

I do think the present price is to high in relation to equity raised share pricing, so I will not be purchasing at this stage, but will keep an eye on it as there may be a further reduction in price as funds possibly hedge their bets.

In any case I thank you all for your responses and wish you well with CXY.
