Wackoos' comment on the ATV thread:

"Please be careful in pushing Wally too far in demanding an ability to participate in a future capital raising, as he may feel obligated to carry out an equity raising to placate shareholders, even if one is not needed to fund the project."

I don't see this as a positive for strong management...I also don't see this company as a "quality" investment...The first attribute anyone should look for when searching for "quality" is positive earnings.....They gotta be making money.....Anything under that I would class as "speculative"....Maybe quality in the near or far future but just a speckie ATM, IMO.

Doesn't seem to be much support for this company, or management on the ATV threads either.

Hope this one rockets for you , Wackoo but as Sandminer said, I wouldn't touch this one with a barge pole.
