Mikey, that's not what you had referred to, you mentioned the presentation in December, the BRR you are talking about was in November and once again may I suggest you listen to it also.
He clearly states that they will "Update" the market in December, he goes on to say that they clearly "show the process running into 1st quarter 2012". So once again if you are going to state fact, make it an actual fact instead of feeding wrongs to others on the forum.
No company should lay their cards out for those they are negotiating with and let them know how many others they are in discussions with, this could sway the final deal set if they know who's left or how many are interested.
