burpless, your logic does not make sense.
If a DFT shareholder can sell 40 shares for 1.6c then he gets 64c. If he then only needs to pay 60c for a CTI share then he is better off selling for cash and buying CTI shares on market. This shows that the deal is better for CTI than DFT.
