    WN has hit brick wall.
    what difference do cutting out 80% makes to share holders?
    The only advantage is for WN - holding onto Directors 11% + a few dumb acceptors shares.
    Originally we all believed WN's lie of delisting,
    but now I believe 80% + Directors 11% = compulsory takeover.
    If they got 10% warehoused + 11% = compulsory takeover.
    Now 73% + 10% warehoused (if they still have it) still 7% short.
    The last 10.1% will be easier to raise funds for to pay cash.
