To the first point, do you mean that your client actually got a cash in from ATO for the 45% rebate, even it did not have taxable income?
To second point, honestly I do not quite understand how COT applies, but It's hard to believe the tax loss will be claimed by the consolidatoin group. PRR has several subsidiaries...
