The director has borrowed money for the options excersiced back in 2010 , since then the stock has been fairly lifeless and the loan's needing to be disolved. Using current strength to sell into without upsetting the sp and shareholder value.
I remember seeing AMX management selling some shares back at .18c - reckon they wish they still had them?? sure , but sometimes you just got to sell when the bank comes knocking !
