presentation does read as if they are intent on keeping it, there is a small part of me that thinks when Gene compares the scale, cost and existing infrastructure globally that a major(s) would want this strategic asset, and make an offer Highland Park can't pass up.

Maybe that is why UBS were appointed, just in case.
