I'm reorganizing my watchlists, and see that PBG has a GAP on the 9-1-12 @ 57 cents, there seems to be a few attempts to close it, but hasn't happened. Keeps bouncing off of it around 62 cents.
There has been an unsolicited offer by KKR, I can't find how much that offer is.
