If the underwriting is pulled, its time for Directors to put their hands in their pockets (like the bosses at ALT recently did) and cover the costs of the extra production capacity...
...if they are so confident that CNN are on the verge of big things - converting trials into contracts etc, this is the perfect way to demonstrate to the market that its time to jump in.
