IMO.....Maybe all this share trading has little to do with a possible T/Over by Regent. It's all a smoke screen by the big boys to make it look like a play for a controlling stake / Status Quo in the Co. When in fact, Thinking outside the box, I wonder/guessing if the Company is just about to go into a significant financial M&A situation. If a major M&A was announced by the Co just imagine what the S/price would then be. Any issue of insider trading being raised would fail as the parties would then say it was more of a controlling stake Co issue.
