With the major 3 holdings all effectively blocking stakes to any full take over I suspect that the price will need to be much closer to fair value with a premium. No low ball offers this time around.
If fair value is considered $4.50 then T/O price would have to be 10% premium or at least $5.
I'd personally consider $5 a solid first offer. (Not saying I'd give em up for that but would consider)
Wouldn't it be interesting if a decent mine life increase and/or a healthy (5%) dividend policy was announced. Would that see this stock triple in a week? SP target $9+ or $900MC still cheap with a P/E of 4
