Continuation as a Going Concern
Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 1 to the financial report which indicates that
the company is dependent on securing additional funding in order to continue its operations for the
next twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. If the Company is not
successful in securing this funding or any other sources of funding, there is a material uncertainty
that may cast significant doubt whether the company would be able to continue as a going concern
and therefore whether it would be able to realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the normal
course of business at the amounts stated in the financial report.i have rarely read these reports but the above also caught my eye,never have i ever considered that korab would cease to exist but i hope the news on tuesday has no reflection on the above excerp.
