Py, I personally think that's it's just that many have been in the share for 4-5 years and have been hearing for much of that time that talks with Government/partners have been progressing well, but timelines set by the company keep getting blown out of the water. Now there have been reasons for this, but that doesn't detract from the fact that this company has shown an inability to stick to timelines.

Then you see new ministerial committees being set up recently and news reports of more Government advisors for the project being needed. To me, this doesn't sound like it'll be all wrapped up by the end of April as per the last update and pushed out timetable. I mean, negotiations regarding permits/conventions have been taking place since Jesus was a rookie for the Jerusalem high school basketball team. You would have thought all necessary committees and advisors would have been in place months if not years ago.
