I have accepted the offer. It takes about 1 month for the cheque to arrive in the mail. If you choose not to accept, you can still sell your shares on the market. If Taurus extends the offer the sp will hold for a while. If they don't the sp could fall as it seems unlikely a higher offer will be made. If Taurus gets 90%, they have stated that they will force any remaining holders to take the offer.
