You did call for expert comments, so I have said nothing but since no experts have come to you with an answer here is my non-expert answer.
The company called a Trading Halt on Wednesday because of the Captial Raising. Trading Halts can only be granted for 2 days, ASX rules. If the company wants to continue not trading they need to seek suspension which is what MGO has done.
There is too much price sensitive information still up in the air for the stock to trade, how much stock is going to be issued? who's buying? whether the CR will be successful etc.
Price sensitive information could also be being shared with prospective participants in the CR. Like the upcoming resource upgrade.
Should be all done by Wednesday - nothing too out of the ordinary for a junior miner. Should have a "cleansing statement" before then if price sensitive infornmation is being shared.
Cheers Matt
