    Hi Squidd,

Without trying to be to cryptic, irrespective of the timelines set, the project will take as long as it takes. If they cut corners, rush through things, and meet deadlines just for the sake of meeting deadlines, then project and shareholders will be worse off in the long run.

There are two different scenarios in relation to deadlines.

    1. Being Optimistic - This involves telling everyone want they want to hear when releasing these timelines, however often leads to dissapointment when they are not met.

    2. Being Generous - This involves setting more comfortable deadlines, which isn't what everyone wants to hear at the start, but there is greater chance of them meeting the deadlines.

I for one, would prefer an optimistic timeline, because at least they are striving to get things done as quickly as possible, and they are also putting themselves under pressure to get things done.

It will take as long as it takes, but as long as they are putting themselves under pressure to get it done, then that is all we can ask for.

By the way, what was Jesus's average when he played for J.H.S???
