we've had more than a couple of set backs. the plant commisioning is behind schedule with a lot of work still to be completed and now there saying third quarter. i dont think anyone will be surprised if we get more delays and it happens in 2013. i hope i'm wrong but its been a long dusty road for investors. we'll just have to waite and find out, and at this point in time we are all used to waiting lol.
