Well Hoots I dont quite see what you see in your chart but I see something different. PLV has found heavy support at 20 has moved back into the low 20's closing today at 22. It didn't even touch the teens for a second during the lows this week.
I call it the Pendulum Effect and only needs some good news to swing it wildly on its way back up to the 30's!
