I'd expect the figure Kobe paid is really nil.... It would be nice to put a figure on it but "Just fund your portion"
Kobe's portion of the full development cost if paid in full to Sojitz will certainly help Sojitz secure their funding….. As a sweetener Sojitz is happy to concrete supply to 1.5million tonnes being near half their total entitlement.
