i'm topping up on ivr and ccu.

my next target for silver is low to mid $40.00's.

imo if and when silver runs to the low to mid $40.00's, if there are a significant number of short silver positions, it will come back to the mid to high $30.00's.

imo if there are not many short silver positions, it will run to more or less $50.00.

if and when silver runs to the low to mid $40.00's, if it stays there for half a week, it will signal a rise; if it only spikes for a few days, it will signal a return to the mid to high $30.00.

hopefully wall street whistle blowers, will stop the investment banks from shorting for a while at least.

i see the current price of $32.00 for silver as a floor.
