If those late friday buying bids stay at 2.2c and more are added prior to monday`s open then I don`t think we will have to wait long or speculate. See no reason why they would not announce a JV deal before the land auction results if a deal has been finalised. My pick is haliburton for the JV and its obvious that Laredo/Broadoak are the 3D seismic offer. Legal issue uncertainty could delay a JV With GGP stating that offers for additional land besides the University auction are being made we could get an early week surprise. Certainly the ultra low turnover after all the share issuance over the last few months points to only direction that the share price will take on any announcement. Daily turnover over the last two weeks has been on par with some individual buying orders over the last month! At present if only two serious bidders move then thats equal to another up day!!
