A superficial look says there is probably some multi-bag "potential" here - they are certainly cheap enough on the basis of sales and EV/EBIT. However, as a controlled company, with retiring founder and falling revenue, it also looks a bit like make or break time.
They walk a fine line as far as listing goes and appear to have little interest in minority shareholders going off the lack of information in their announcements. Always makes me nervous.
Will try and get back for another look once the Annual Report is out.
