I called the MD last week was fobbed off to a staff member who did not understand the term "anticline" and would not answer info on basic KPIs, have to say not impressed.
Shareprice reflects current confidance in company achieving its goals IMHO.
Re performance options was told this was to give incentive to retain staff.
I really dont like being treated with such contempt by the company I invest money in.
