I reckon LUG would have got up but they didnt even try, I only hung onto KOR to get the priority allocation for LUG and was prepared to stump up more $ in the IPO and I am sure others would have done so too.

So LUG gave up without trying, or on the basis that MGH failed a few times?

so what odds now on a CR, given some assetts have returned to the mothership?
