tsm warranty due 31/3/2012 re spp at .35

SPP now complete, lets see how much of the $6m has been raised.
Montarello has pledged to participate SPP, $1.5M
Institutions already $3m raised.
So needs close to 4.5M balance.
I think the uncertainty of the warranty due 31/3/2012 is on investors minds....If lost equates to $1.2m revenue pa..could see stock fall well below .35 cents, if this happens in the short term stock will struggle....Fundamentals look good otherwise, I participated on SPP, but moderate accumulation....
Time will tell, still think this stock will perform well later in the year whatever the outcome with SPP and warranty.....
