the 19th or even 16th date of each new quarter [ futures expiry every 3 months ] can be a major/minor low or high .
The fact markets are at highs is time for extreme caution and a multi day pull back is in order starting with europe tonight . The fact spi put in a green day so far means the pattern might not work but spi ain't closed today yet and is still below open by a few points . [4]
