Sorry everyone. My previous post stated that the number of unlisted options that the Director "acquired" were redeemed, BUT they were not redeemed, they were "issued" following shareholder approval at the EGM held 14/3/2012.
I read "acquired" as "purchased or to that affect". It was on the next page on how they were acquired that it was stated that they were issued at the EGM. The end result was that his unlisted options doubled to 2 million options. I apologise if I have mislead anyone.
